If you would like to submit a concert notice for publication in our weekly Arts Electric email calendar, send the information in an e-mail to ae@emf.org.

If you are an EMF Subscriber, we'll publish your notice if we receive it on time with the necessary information. We must receive your notice at least a week before the event. Earlier is better.

It's easiest for us if the information is in the body of the email as against in an attachment. We need the following: title of the event; names of main participants; day, date and time; venue including street address, city, state (if it's in the US or Canada), and country; and someplace to go for further information (a website is best, email ok, phone number if nothing else is available).

Bear in mind that publicizing events is an EMF Subscriber benefit. If you are not an EMF Subscriber, we don't guarantee publication. To become an EMF Subscriber, go here.
